Holding steady. Trying to see a change for the better. Yesterday I did a half hour of yoga and I'm feeling it today. Did the Sun Salutations A and B and my arms and legs feel like I was weight lifting. OK. I was lifting 155 pounds up and down. :-) Also did a half hour WATP Walk and Kick. I may go do another one now. I don't want to do anything too sweaty since I already took a shower and it'll give me a way to pass the time while doing laundry.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great exercise routines. Steady's are good too, just give your body time to catch up.
