I have heard people say that a number of times but as far as I am concerned it's not true. I don't find that it hinders me at all (not that you really needed to know that)

Fat-free vs. Fat full
Just shows you maybe it isn't easier to burn up the fat free option. Did someone say calories are king?

I didn't realize how addicted to carbs I was until I started to think about what I eat on the average day. From whats available in stores and everywhere you look its hard to go without.
