Chipping away. Not noticing a visible difference but, man, do I feel GOOD!!!

And good luck to all with their weight loss/gain endeavors.
279.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
