I've been in limbo with my weight the past couple weeks, I'd actually gone up about 4 lbs higher and been working on getting it back down, hence the delayed weigh-in. I'm exercising more than I was but eating has been an issue. As Northernmusician says exercise is not diet, diet is not exercise (or something like that). Logging all food religiously and being disciplined about what I allow to pass through these lips is the key...I know that, just need to do a better job of it.
Temps are supposed to get to low 40's today and tomorrow, 50's on Monday, and I'm very ready for that. The snow is pretty but I'm ready for it to melt and be gone till next Winter. Got to get out and prune my fruit trees this weekend while they're still dormant. Hoping everyone has a great weekend!
