YooHoo, I am happy with this , just want to be in the green, I think I am adjusting well to the diet , I don't seem to get as hungry on this diet, and have a little more energy. I cleaned out my pantry this week boxed up all the carbs (3 boxes) for the grandkids. I feel like this diet causes halitosis, I sure have a bad taste in my mouth. Ok, I am excited , been a good week........OK we can do this!! Happy, Happy, Happy
