So that is a complete surprise. either my scale is crap or i have developed body shifter abilities.

Granted, i was bloated last time I mounted the scale and now i just returned from my first 2.5h run in about a week or so.

Ok then, i guess goal reached ...
159.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 36.4 lb a week
