BF%37.3 (hyper focus at its finest) i spent 2 hr last night researching, plus a page of notes written, about strategic refeeds and cutting/ bulking all properly. The only advice i had ever gotten was from boxing trainers over the years- some of it accurate, other bits? not so much. Today is another weight lift day. yesterday I spent a good amount of time planning meals today and fat is such a problem. Need it at 20% and the lowest i could get it was 38%. other days before all this was at 50-60%....problem staring at me in the face -im still unconsciously eating low carb without trying to eat low carb.... uhg.
