Honestly feel like crap. I tried so hard this week, and with no results. I honestly don’t know what’s going on. There was a time where I was losing 2-3 lbs a week, now I’ve just plateauted. Has anyone else experienced this during their journey, or how did you overcome it? I’m struggling to get back on track.
