I suppose the Christmas damage isn’t too bad! New year, so back to the grind. Determined to use this app religiously again, as it helped me lose 4 stone last year! I know I let things slip in the last few months (life happens!), but we go again in 2024. Let’s go 🌱✨

Hello FS friends 🫶🏼 I’ve been quiet on here recently, not by choice, life has been hectic. It doesn’t mean I’ve stopped grinding away and getting fit! Determined to start using this app again, it’s helped me get to where I am today! 4 stone down, baby 👀
