Well last might was almost my undoing, I have done the "track" 3 times this week which is a almost vertical hill track the slinks for 5km around a mountain in an attempt to up the weight loss. Well Last night i came the closest to breaking. far out, i have managed to die with a little more dignity every session I have been to at cross fit but this was so super hard i almost burst into tears multiple times but didn't think it would be conducive to breathing and I have managed to avoid the blubbing so far. THis morning I was rewarded with 1.1kg loss, so for my fragile soul and respirtory comfort I swapped a kg. Just thought i'd share, Nga mihi ki a kotou xx
265.9 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, well done. Impressive perserverance. I went for my first proper jog (as opposed to my usual jogging on the spot indoors) for about 20-30 minutes in the cold, and DEAR GOD did I get wrecked. My lungs and heart... well, you know the score! xD So yeah, you're not alone. I actually don't jog anymore, as I get more out of my usual workouts, biking, and long-distance walking. I recently acquired a pedometer (today xD) and I'm LOVING it. Apparently I've worked 888kcal today alone. (and today's a 600kcal fast day!)I did a 1:31 walk, then a 0:15 walk, then another 0:15. (last two are because I visited my folks. xD

jogging/running is so hard, especially if your trying to do it alone. That is why I joined cross fit, it was so heniously expensive I knew I would go or feel terrible about the waste of money involved.
