Agreed, quick gains can be taken off pretty quickly also. Unfortunately I've had more experience in doing that than I care to admit to. No worries. :)

It is difficult to me, but also I do not want to give up .. exercise and a healthy diet is now a priority, and in a few years may come and result too :) Thank you for support, means a lot to me..

I think we all have our ups and downs. The weight pendulum swings along with life's activities. I try not to think about it as a setback or a failure, but a time to regroup and realign. You've done it before, so you know you can, and you'll get there again. The important thing is to avoid the guilt piece. We are all genetically predisposed to many factors that impact our lives in ways that bring both benefits and drawbacks. For some, that makes weight loss much, much harder than others. Which means you just get to be that much more proud of the pounds you're able to drop.

Yes, you are right, and I accept "weight pendulum swings" because i know i do my best. Guilt piece was before,o jeahhh, and that led to vicious circle. Now I have patience, viel patience :) Thank you for your support..
