I am sorry that my planned (months ahead) break happened in the middle of this challenge, but I still think I can get some good results overall--maybe even more successfully towards the end, for having had a break. I didn't go too hog-wild, and I give myself permission to occasionally gain a little weight, which I can then lose again without any drama or cause for panic.
