Figured I would bite the bullet and actually record my weigh in since I have been putting it off for so long. Its not a horrible weigh in, I was just hoping I would be down father than where I am. I do pretty decent during the week with my eating, its just my weekends that aren't on point, plus I have been slacking with my workouts. I find I am very good at maintaining, which is super nice, but I need to get my mindset back to lose!

147.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekends are tougher for me too, you're not alone there. :) Hang in there, not too much father to you goal.

Haha less than 10 until my FIRST goal, then probably another 20 after that. Slow and steady, right?!
