OMG I still weigh the same! I can't believe it! I decided to trick my body, and switch my foods out on Sunday. Noticed that I didn't record my Sunday wt! LOL Today, I am eating Lo-Cal again. Actually my clothes are fitting loser. So, I am either delusional, or I am finally on the right tract?? I am going to lose wt! I am going to lose that stubborn wt! :)

I am very confident that you are NOT delusional..lol...Although I have been delusional in the past...lol...most of us,begin the process of setting aside our "cherished" delusions when we come to FS. (One of my delusions was- - I can gain as much as I want, with no consequences, and some day, I will turn my life around with very little effort--) please spell that DELUSION in all caps (ty)...lol..I have every confidence that you will lose the weight and hit your goal. I sincerely encourage you, don't let the scale define who you are (not even for one day)AND keep doing the healthy things you know to do...you will get there!!!!!!
