Getting to be little "fed up" with dieting. Even though I am still following failry well, non diet days are becoming FEAST DYS.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

I hear you Jill! It can be so hard! I just want to encourage you though...Wow, look at the wt. loss that you have already accomplished. Great work!! I can just kick myself for losing, and regaining it all back again. I wished that I never ate all of those.... Don't give up! Your my role model! : )-Ann
