I am just giddy logging my weight this week. I had been using an old manual, spring-type scale. Through my insurance's OTC/health supplies benefit, I ordered a new digital scale. I couldn't believe it when I saw the the numbers. I've been at 230 for close to 3 weeks now, so this was awesome news. I also had a check up at my PCP's office today & my weight on their scale was within .4 of my home scale. YAY!
223.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
