Long day at work, I could only get a salad for lunch and a few kiwis.

I went for a nice long and relaxing 2h run after work, in one of the first warm days that I could take advantage of.

TBH I am quite surprised that I lost another 4lb the last few days but ... I'll take it.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
