I went on a nice long, 2h run this morning and have also restarted my intermittent fasting regime today.
Stepping on the scale after the run def gives the most optimistic weight as my body was dehydrated after the run.
From yesterday's 176 down to 169 in a single day is pretty much impossible if it were not for the loss of water weight.
My true weight is somewhere in between the two extremes.

Lost so far: 20.6 lb.
Still to go: 9.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
