I decided yesterday that I want to reach 160lb or a 20% body fat percentage. My weapons of choice: Salad, jogging, and P90X.

Today, coming home from my 1h run, I thought I would have lost a bit more from last time I stood on the scale, alas same as two days ago.

What has changed though is that I am sore from yesterday's P90X Chest and Back. I was actually surprised how badly I did.

Anyways life's a journey you got to enjoy every minute of it ... Ouch, right ?
170.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
