Really suprised with my results this week considering my Fourth of July weekend follies. I hope all my wieght loss buddies are doing as well.
268.8 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 July 2011:
626 kcal Fat: 32.98g | Prot: 62.76g | Carb: 17.08g.   Lunch: fresh goat cheese (original), poached quail egg. Dinner: sharp cheddar, organic baby spinach, english cucumber, jalapeno great value, soy sauce silver swan, lemon, firm tofu azumaya, cos or romaine, radishes, olives great value. Snacks/Other: whipped cream land o lakes, string cheese weight watchers, deli ham, suger free jello strawberry, seaweed snacks, Deli Ham. more...
losing 5.4 lb a week
