Happy New Week.
Officially, I am down 1.6 pounds from a week ago’s weigh in (It would have been awesome if I was down 2-5lbs for my 1st week considering I exercised and counted my calories, Oh well.) I was 247 on Friday and after a weekend of a little extra alcohol, sugar, salt and carbs, I am surprised that I am still 247lbs to start off the week (I guess using a food scale to determine what the weight of a tiny plastic cup [5 grams] and filling it with mostly high carb snacks inside help keep me at this weight)... 1 serving of unhealthy snacks by the way sucks because it is sooo small.
I have already completed 2 round trips of stairs in my office (314 going up) with intentions of doing 4 to 5 rounds by 5 PM.
I have had 50oz of water so fat and am aiming at have 40oz more before I leave for the day (maybe this will help flush out the junk over the weekend)

I say the slower you lose it the better! the faster you lose the faster it goes back on....having said that, its so hard to keep doing a hard task when the results are not there! Keep head up!
