OK, I'm officially stoked! I lost 7.5 lbs in the first week of the 11.2 lbs. of damage I did over the Christmas holidays. I'm trying to get back to "preholiday weight" in the next week or two. At that point, no one will ever know............since what happens on FatSecret stays on FatSecret! ;)
