Coming back from a long 2h run. Dehydrated as I am atm 172.6lb.

I really need to dial in my food portions if I want to reach my secondary goal of 170lb.

Let's see if I can stick to salad and fruits today or if I am going to fall back into eating carbs today.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
