Half term and a crazy week at work has resulted in a smaller loss this week for the first time ever, which feels a bit shit to be honest. A loss is still a loss, though! I’m going to try and be positive and go again next week 🫶🏼
215.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
