Comments:

I'm approximating my weight. I can't get it to be accurate yet. But I can already tell I'm getting a little stronger and a little lighter. Things are already getting a bit easier. Didn't get much sleep last night, less than 2 hours. I went back to sleep in the morning and got 4 hours, I think.

I had to eat a couple of crackers late night and then again around 3 am. Made breakfast at 5 am. I'll skip the coffee so I can have a little more food. I was hungry all night. After a few hours of that, one cannot stand it anymore. 2-3 crackers seems to be enough to stave the hunger off enough to get by. Food addiction is a curse. If there are fat genes, I have them all, I swear!

I've been consistently more active. Even just the little things do count.

I've been coming in under my calorie limit so far and logging EVERYTHING I eat.
