I hope you have not been using the FS calorie suggestion for daily limit— it is set to maintain your current weight, not for weight loss. The dietitian should be able to set a limit for you based on your height, goal weight and level of activity. She may also be able to provide you with a grocery list to shop from. 💚

1800 is really high unless you were in the gym every day for an hour. I was eating that much when I weighed 170 and walked 4 miles everyday. If you dial it back to 1300 you should see a pound go every week, and more if you can exercise for an extra hour each day, even if it's just walking or bike riding. Let us know what the RD says on Monday.💚

JustBananas- yeah I noticed that 1800 was too high; 1600 has been my average! 1lb a week is doable weight loss, yet i hate i cant maintain the loss. I definitely will!!

Ask the dietician what your RDI should be and adjust it from that point. I have a nutritionist and it has been a game changer for me. I lost 50+ pounds and even though I'm in maintenance, she helps me so much. She has helped me tremendously in adjusting my food intake to how much I work out. Good luck with this new part of your journey!💜👍💪
