there is no possible way I've gained weight. I've been perfect. I'm hoping the new scale I used is just inaccurate.

It's a new scale. Scales are calibrated differently and you can weigh something different on each one. They should all be within a few pounds of each other. The flooring also effects the scale. It should be on a hard level surface. You will most likely need to start fresh with the new scale. It doesn't negate what you already lost, but it will be a little different from the other one.
