I went running for an hour this morning before work, which feels really good.

Approaching my goal of 175lb feels good but now I wonder if i should great s new goal.

My body fatI is at 24% at this point, which is just a tad bit outside obese. That really makes me wonder.

I would love to get to 20% once in my life but tbh I can't see myself at 150lb and being healthy or feeling well.
Also at age 35 I would have reached 20% body fat at 170lb. at my current age of 55 i will have to slim down to 158lb. That's just wrong :(
176.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
