So after going running on Thursday i felt cold and weak. A def sign that my boddy is complaining about the regiment :)

I decided to increase my food intake to recoup.

I still feel like a cold is comming on but yesterday's P90X went actually fine ( back pain required me to workout at around 90% of my capabilities )

For anyone in their 20s or 30s, workout is not going to be that easy when you get older. Your body may not be able to match your brain as easily anymore
178.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
