Broke the 'decade' barrier! Woo-hoo! I didn't think so this morning as I didn't feel any lighter. But, persistence and sticking to it finally paid off! In the 150's now :-) Now, let's see if I can stay there, and keep making progress. Not sure why my body fights that milestone, but it does. I have stuck with the low cals, and exercise 100% so it was just a matter of time. Just keep on doing what you do and it'll pay off right? Right!
