Well I will have a cheat day tomorrow for my birthday, but I like the direction the scale is going.

Let's see if i can get to my target with by the end of January 2023.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
