Oh phew no gain!!! I actually ate and drank some yummy goodies I haven't tasted in a year (though I made sure to keep in mind to stay self-controlled) Only went over my daily calories two days in a row, but it was worth it as I know without a doubt I won't be eating or drinking those items ever again. My hot flushes returned, my right eyelid swelled up, tops of my feet got hot and prickly, my stomach bloated and within hours of eating I had the worst diarrhoea and... Oh the pain it caused in my belly and back was a turn off. I know what foods do not agree with me- waffles, icecream, cream, caramel sauce, pork, beef mince, bacon (I usually only eat seafood), faro(a grain) 🤷‍♀️ from what I could identify so far. So I'm happy to omit those from my diet. Oh I discovered I'm a one can screamer, one glass of vodka & orange juice did the job, I slept sound!! Happy New Year everybody 🥰🥳 2023 will be an eye-opener for all. God bless xxx
