I am just not motivated to charge at this the way I used to. I know what I need to do, and have just been fundamentally unwilling to do it. Unwilling to plan, unwilling to weigh, unwilling to sacrifice this small treat NOW for the prospect of the larger treat of slenderness later. However, it is a new week, and a new chance.
