makan kembali normal, diimbangi olahraga ringan, jln sehat, steatcing, senam bumil, senam kegel. didiagnosis plasenta previa tpi tetap semangat olahraga dan istiqomah berharap bisa lahiran normal. yg penting usaha dulu☺ ✊✊💪
