Today is my last day of work tomorrow starts vacation, yay! It's been a while since I flew and visited the family so I am looking forward to it. For my food tomorrow since I will be in airports and traveling I am planning on taking a sandwich and food from my house to help with cost and calories. Trying to plan ahead. At my Dad and Step-Mom's they have a treadmill so I can keep up my running while there. Any other travel tips out there?

Ooo, vacation-jealous! :) If you have a long flight, you may want to get some herbal hot tea-it is both relaxing and a metabolism booster (for me at least!), plus with a little skim milk, it's an almost no calorie enjoyable treat :) Starbucks has Tazo tea-my favorite! Happy travels!

Awesome planning ahead! And a well deserved vacation. too! I bring almonds and my protein powder with my shaker when I travel. It is easy to make a shake with some water...
