So, my attitude was great and I was feeling good about getting started back up again, then Friday hit. I did pretty well all day, then I got hit like a ton of bricks with a horrible, nauseating headache. I felt okay over the weekend, but the headache hung on. Today the headache isn't as bad, but I've been having hot flashes and body aches since last night, so I didn't sleep for crap and now I'm tired. Work will be a joy. If I didn't have to go in I wouldn't. My son actually stayed home from school because he has the same symptoms and a low fever. I didn't even take my temp because I knew I couldn't miss work anyway. Ugh. I'm just going to try to keep to myself so I don't infect anyone if I do have something. Hopefully the rest of the week will go better and today will be my only down day. If I'm feeling yucky tomorrow I'll call in sick and get some rest. I think tonight I will try to do some yoga though because my back and joints are hurting, so I think that might actually feel good.
