Took a week off from my nutrition journaling. Lost a few ounces in two weeks.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 October 2022:
3320 kcal Fat: 183.40g | Prot: 119.26g | Carb: 320.30g.   Breakfast: Tostitos Avocado Salsa, Kroger Mexican Style Cheese, Butter, Coffee, Bananas, Fried Egg, Flour Tortilla, Countryside Creamery Half & Half. Lunch: Olive Garden Hot Artichoke-Spinach Dip, Olive Garden Herb-Grilled Salmon (Dinner), Olive Garden Garden-fresh Salad with Dressing. Dinner: Coca-Cola Diet Coke, Pop Secret Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. Supper: La Banderita Tostadas, Mexican Style Meat and Corn Hominy Soup (Pozole). Snacks/Other: Strawberry Cheesecake, Persimmon. more...

I discovered „Athlean-X“ on YouTube. He is a certified trainer with a masters degree in nutrition and exercise. He used to be the therapist for the New York Mets baseball team. I watched all his YouTube on Nutrition and learned a lot. Now I eat a lot of food and I am loosing weight and getting lean without logging all my food. Good luck

I lost 26 pounds in 3 month with his plan of course I also do heavy weightlifting and boxing and cardio daily. Hope he works out for you and have fun.

Sometimes I lose 1 oz and sometimes 4 lbs. Sometimes it is not predictable but I have averaged about 2.2 a week. I'm on week 26 tomorrow so tomorrows weigh in at my diet center will be exciting. Just be kind to yourself and find something that tastes great to give yourself a treat. I like Clio mini's and at 60 calories they fill you up for a couple of hours!

I have discipline if I'm not hungry -if hungry, forget it, lol. I love Swerve. it is amazing with fruit. This year has been amazing for fruit. I have made rhubarb with Swerve and it's 26 cals pee cup. pumpkin is 47. also I bought a little scale and weigh everything. I'm 5'3"and got way to big. I just had to get well and I feel so much better. 66 lbs to go 😁
