Yay! 30 lbs. to the good, and almost halfway to goal! Well done! Now get back to it! Went riding with my family on my lovely new bicycle, and worked hard, but it still only counted as "leisurely". :-( And my husband got 200 more calories' credit for the same thing, just because he is a large man, instead of a short woman. :-( :-(
