It feels good to see progress by the pounds. It just goes to show that when I only lose ounces or gain a little I should keep going and not let that get in the way of my long term goal.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
