I've been struggling with getting exercise, but I'm doing great with my eating. I've really got to find a way to motivate myself to get out there and exercise.
368.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 208.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.1 lb a week

Exercising is hard for me too, I have health problems that make it less than fun. Start small, when you go shopping park at the end of the lot....

Try walking around the block once a day then each week go a little bit further.

Doing house chores can be considered exercise as well. Remember, our bodies are designed to move, so whatever physical activity you do is good for the body.

I agree with the others. If you are just starting out, take it slow and just do what you can. You'll build it up as you get stronger. You're doing a great job so far!
