Friday at last! Bring on those weekend challenges! I find it easier to be mindful of what I eat on structured workdays. But, it's getting to be normal for me to be better and I love the health results. I'm also excited because I found some ZERO calorie coffee creamer from Walden Farms. I ordered online and I'm waiting for delivery this weekend. I already love and use their salad dressings. I'll let you know if anything can replace my sugar free Coffeemate. HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!
