204.6 today! Humans, including myself, hate routines, but one thing that has become abundantly clear to me is this: Since I have included weight training at least 4 times a week and aerobics via bike riding, my body is working much more efficiently. I eat pretty well and even have one of my favs, Peanut butter, strawberry preserves and banana sandwich every once in a while and yummy petite syrah wine and still lose some weight.
Does anyone else who has included strenuous weight training in their exercise routine get the same effect; your body being more efficient in burning calories?

Good for you! I don't do "strenuous" weight training, but I think it helps if I include some weight training into my routine. I have noticed in the past when I've done pretty much cardio only workouts that I might lose a little, but when I add the strength training in I lose faster or more consistently. Plus, it's nice to mix it up a little. Sounds like whatever you're doing, it's working, so keep it up!!
