I hear you! I have been doing great since February and something in the water last week and I have been fighting the carb monster ever since. I did much better yesterday and today is off to a good start, but I am really fighting to get back into my healthy lifestyle that seemed so simple just a few weeks ago! Good luck - we're all on this path together.
