No loss this week, but oh my goodness my body is ouchy. I've been putting off my much required exercising for far too long. My muscles reminding me how much they are needing the regular weights and walking. 🏋🚶‍♀️Feels good to be at it again and for some reason the morning cat stretching of my body before I get out of bed feels somewhat euphoric. 😊
143.3 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
