YES! Bye-bye 170, hopefully forever! Still and all, I have "that week" ahead, so who knows what could happen, but I am hopeful. Thank God I really like cottage cheese. What I know I should be doing is increasing my activity level. Not only would more/better exercise enhance my weight loss, but of course there are many physical and mental benefits of exercise for its own sake as well. Getting there.
