So I had lost 80 pounds. Dropping me to 212. I went back up to 237 thinking I could go back to old eating habits. I obviously proved myself wrong. So I am back in a calorie deficit this am I was at 231. I have to get understand that this is now a way of life. I am a good addict.. I am an emotional eater… I always will be… the sooner this sinks into my soul the sooner I can get it under control and succeed further in my weight loss journey…I started 2 years this July at 300 Ipounds..
231.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
