No movement on the scales but I feel great. My clothes are baggy around the legs and butt with the waistband sitting away from my body. even my tights are baggy! I need to wear a belt with my jeans, once it was difficult to squeeze into the first notch, now I'm 6 notches in which makes me smile. I need smaller trousers!
