Was able to keep the diet up very strict for 6 weeks and lost 15lb then a vacation to dominican republic and an urge to eat some things set me back some. Maybe if I record this as a journal entry it will get me to get motivated to get back on track. I sometimes need a diet break but have to be very careful what I eat even on the break or just can undo it all.
