237.2 lbs this a.m. ..... im so far off my goal ... eating scotch mints instead of smoking, ( oh yes started smoking again grrrr ... life is trowing me negatives , and im so low , im bored , fat, and my knees are killing me ... so doing excersise is not very possible , oh and lets add emphesema into the mix too , hummm excercise yeah , right
231.5 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 81.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
