I know this is going to go up and down for the next couple weeks but hallelujah! My lowest weight in 10 years. I now think I really can make it to 130 which was my goal way back in 2018. Compared to 2018 where I lost a total of 5 lbs in 6 months. This time lost over 15 in 6 months at about the same starting weight. I credit Wondr program and also might be partially the low fodmap diet because the allowed carbs are barely worth eating ( no pasta, hardly any types of bread). So YAY to all that.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
